Take a relaxing trip to the peaceful coastal areas of Kampot and Kep in Cambodia. Visit popular spots like the Kampot River for a sunset cruise, see the salt fields, explore mountain caves, and check out local pepper farms. Ride up to Bokor Mountain, walk around the Crab Market in Kep, and enjoy a tranquil jungle trek in Kep National Park before ending your trip by chilling on the beach at the beautiful Rabbit Island.

Day 1: Phnom Penh Arrival/Pickup, Private Transfer to Kampot & Sunset Cruise (-/-/-)

We pick you up from your hotel or Phnom Penh International Airport. Meet and greet by our friendly tour guide and continue for a 3-hour journey to Kampot Province. Free at leisure after check-in until evening.

In the evening, we’ll leave the hotel and head to the riverside to hop on a local boat which will cruise slowly along the Kampot River, giving you time to relax and enjoy the view. You can take in the beautiful nature, snack on some local treats, and sip on a beer or soft drink while watching the spectacular scene as the sun says goodbye for the day and disappears behind the mountains.

Day 2: Kampot - Explore the Surrounding & the Bokor Mountain (B/L/-)

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel.

We start the day at 8:00 AM with a visit to Phnom Chhngok Cave Temple, where you will be walking up a 203-step staircase, then down into a cave to be captivated by the pre-Angkorian brick temple once inside. After that, we head to the salt fields, where your guide will give you insights into the processes involved in the making of salt, giving you a great chance to see local life up close. Get your camera ready on the way, as you will be going through acres of paddy fields dotted with palm trees and a scenic mountain backdrop.

Next, we visit Sothy’s Pepper Farm, home of the famous Kampot pepper. Learn how it's processed and ground. Feel free to grab a few packs as souvenirs before we leave.

We'll stop for a fresh, delicious seafood lunch at a local restaurant.

After lunch, we drive up to Bokor Mountain, where you will explore its main attractions: the 29-meter-tall Lok Yeay Mao statue, the old Black Palace of King Norodom Sihanouk, and the legendary Wat Sampov Pram, also known as the 5 Boats Pagoda, built in 1924 by King Monivong.

And at the top, stunning panoramic views await you. Then we resume visiting two of Bokor's iconic French Colonial landmarks, Le Bokor Palace and the Old Catholic Church, before heading back to the hotel.

Day 3: Kampot – Kep Crab Market, Kep National Park & Rabbit Island (B/L/-)

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel.

Today, we head out from Kampot town to the newly built Seahorse Statue for a quick photo stop, then head to the popular Kep Crab Market, where you can observe crab farming up close and browse the stalls full of fresh seafood, local fruits, and vegetables.

Next, we take on an 8km trek through the jungle in Kep National Park, a peaceful walk while feeling the serenity of nature with the sounds of birds and wildlife all around — you might even spot some wild monkeys. Enjoy the amazing views of the blue sea, islands nearby, and the countryside along the way.

After the hike, we go the the Kep Boat pier and take a local boat to Rabbit Island, where lunch will be served, with a tasty mix of fresh seafood and fried crab cooked with Kampot's very own green pepper. Enjoy your free time, swim by the white sand beach, or take a short walk to see the locals growing seaweed. We take the boat back to the mainland and return to the hotel.

Day 4: Kampot - Private Car to Phnom Penh/Airport (B/-/-)

Enjoy your Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy your free time to relax and take in the last bit of Kampot at your own pace. When you are ready, you will be transferred back to Phnom Penh or directly to the Phnom Penh International Airport.

Note* Feel free to speak with your tour guide for the arrangement if you are interested in optional activities such as kayaking through the tranquil Kampot Riverside.
